Can we place an order for a vehicle that is not in your current stock?
Yes. We will be happy to ship in any Japanese made vehicle for you if it is not in our current stock. Let us know the details of the vehicle and we will get it for you in our next shipment.
How soon can I uplift my vehicle after making a complete payment?
You can uplift your vehicle within 24 hours after completing payment and relevant paper work.
Is the condition of the vehicle the same as was shipped into the country?
NO. We do a complete exterior and interior cleaning, and servicing before handing over the keys of the vehicle to our customers. We aim for our customers to enjoy a perfect drive from the time they leave the showroom with their vehicle
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept payments by cash, cheque, credit-cards, bank transfers. Visit our payment options page for additional details.
Are there payment options other than the ones listed on the website?
Contact us via telephone or visit us at the store to discuss other suggested payment options.
What is the procedure of selling vehicles to customers who have duty free concessions?
Visit our office to uplift a quote for a vehicle with a displacement that is equal to or matches the duty free concession. Take quote to the relevant departments to be processed. After the duty free concession is approved, visit our auto-depot with the necessary documents to begin process the purchasing your vehicle. The related duties will be deducted from the list price of the vehicle.
Is a customer allowed to bring a mechanic to check a vehicle that he/she is interested in?
Yes, a mechanic may accompany a customer to inspect a vehicle. The mechanic however, will not be allowed to lose or strip any parts from the vehicle.
